Refund & Cancellation Policy

PRODUCTS

We have a 30-day return policy for products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SERVICES AND INSTALLATIONS

For our installation and modification services:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled installation: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled installation: 75% refund due to resource allocation
  • Once installation has begun: No refund available except in cases of demonstrable defect or non-compliance with agreed specifications

CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS

For custom installations and modifications (including 1-Day Customizable Shower Installations):

  • Due to the custom nature of these installations, cancellations after materials have been ordered cannot be fully refunded
  • A restocking fee of 25% applies to all custom order cancellations
  • Custom installations are non-returnable once work has begun

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item has been damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The installation doesn't meet agreed-upon specifications

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-manufactured or modified accessibility equipment
  • Special orders or personalized items
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For installed items, please contact our customer service team to discuss exchange options.

REFUNDS

For eligible returns and cancellations:

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary for the refund to appear in your account
